Our meat rabbits are crossbred from large, vigourous, and prolific breeds. The rabbit meat is lean and a good source of complete proteins. The rabbit is fill with B3, B12 vitamines, phosphorus and selenium. Its white meat has a delicate taste and its nutritional quality are well known. We feed them with hay, seeds, vegetables and they have access to mineral. Our rabbits do not eat any chemical products. Our water system is automated for clean water always.

Our prefer crossbreedings are made with the fallowing breeds : New-Zeland, Giant Papillon, Giant Flanders.

Animals with rapid growth, with a good weight for family consumption. Our rabbits are fed in a natural manner, in a clean and well ventilated environment.

AN EASY RECIPE

Place your rabbit in a roasting pan with a cover, add 1 pint of water, 1 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon of pepper, 1 tea spoon of Curcuma, ¼ cup of wine vinegar, a large chop oignon. Put on the cover and let it stew in the oven at 375 F, during 2 to 3 hours. After 1 hour, shower the rabbit with the juice and add water if necessary. Half an hour before the end of the cooking, add your vegetables and water if needed.

Serve with a warm cranberry jam.

In a deep pan, put 3 large spoon of water, add 12 ounces of cranberry. Pour one cup of sugar. Stir and cook at medium. Let it boil about 15 minutes. Crush the preparation with a potato musher and let it cool a little before serving.
